Samantha Decker,

Samantha Decker PA-C is our cosmetic injector with over 5 years of medical and aesthetic dermatology experience. From a young age, Samantha felt a love for the science of the skin, and she pursued opportunities to learn and grow in dermatology before even leaving high school.
Though originally from Michigan, Samantha graduated with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Ohio Dominican University of Columbus, Ohio in 2017. In 2018, she began her dermatology career on the Big Island of Hawaii. Two years later, she joined the team at North Bend Medical Center, and in collaboration with Dr. Steven Tersigni, General Surgeon, Bay Aesthetics came to life.
Samantha has received both Allergan and Galderma sponsored trainings, multiple one on one aesthetic trainings, on the job training, and she attends aesthetic conferences yearly to bring the safest and most up to date techniques for our treatments.
She believes that every patient should leave her office feeling more confident, like the best version of themselves – never to look like anyone else. Natural results are a must, and safety should be kept the highest priority. And while injections are one avenue to beauty, she believes in an overall and well-balanced approach: starting with sun protection, medical grade skin care, lasers, and more.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys cooking, hiking, working out, downhill skiing, and traveling to see family and friends.
Cherish Collins,
CCMA, CDT, Certified Coolsculpting Technician
Cherish Collins is Samantha’s medical assistant and side kick. She grew up in California, but has lived in the Coos Bay area for the last 30 years, over which time she raised 3 boys. Though she has worked at North Bend Medical Center for 20 years, she has spent the last two years working specifically with Samantha in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Cherish is very knowledgeable about all the skin care, lasers, and injectables offered at Bay Aesthetics, and often is the first person patients come into contact with regarding treatments in our office.
In her free time Cherish enjoys hiking, fishing, crabbing, mushroom picking, and spending time with family, friends and her Rottweiler, Ruckus. She has a fond love of travel all over the world.
Cherish’s is the perky voice you hear over the phone, the smile that greets you into our treatment room, and the person you can’t wait to reach out to when you’re loving the results of your lip filler or are in desperate need of your next Botox appointment. She is a bright life in the office even on the gloomiest Oregon
